After the trial period, if you have not already, you’ll need to add payment information to continue using CookieHub.
To add your payment info, log in to your dashboard and follow the prompts on the ‘billing’ page. You’ll be invoiced for the subscription (monthly by default, or yearly if you choose).
You can cancel or change your subscription at any given time. Your subscription will be active and unchanged until the end of the current billing period. To cancel your subscription, either delete the domain to cancel instantly or downgrade to the free subscription which will cancel your subscription at the end of the billing period.
All our prices are listed excluding VAT.
Customers located outside Iceland will not be charged VAT and is subject to the reverse charge rule in the country of receipt.
Icelandic companies and residents will be charged 24% VAT.
One session is detected for each unique user every day they visit your website.
It may not match the number of sessions reported by analytical services as the widget may be cached in the client’s browser or a user has denied analytical cookies.
You can always see the total and estimated sessions for the current usage period in your CookieHub dashboard.
