Frequently Asked Questions
A session is counted when a visitor loads your website and the CookieHub widget initializes. A single visitor can browse multiple pages within one session without increasing your count, making our plans much more cost-effective than "per-pageview" models.
- Paid plans: If your subscription exceeds its included session limit for two consecutive billing periods, it will automatically move to the appropriate plan. Your consent banner remains active.
- Enterprise: We will contact you if your usage requires an adjustment to your plan.
- Free: If you exceed the included session limit, the consent banner will stop showing until you upgrade to a paid plan.
You can try any premium plan for free. When the trial expires, you can choose to subscribe to keep your premium features. If you decide not to upgrade, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
All our prices are listed excluding VAT. Customers located outside Iceland will not be charged VAT and is subject to the reverse charge rule in the country of receipt. Icelandic companies and residents will be charged 24% VAT.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise customers, we also support bank transfers and manual invoicing upon request.
Yes. You can cancel through your dashboard whenever you like. You will maintain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which the domain will revert to the Free plan.
