2026 Pricing Updates: What You Need to Know

We are updating our pricing to make costs fully predictable. Session overage charges will be removed and replaced with clear plan tiers. There are no per-session overage fees.

For Existing Customers

April 1, 2026: The new pricing applies to all new subscriptions.

April 1 to June 30: Your current legacy plan remains unchanged. You may upgrade to one of the new tiers at any time during this period.

July 1, 2026: Any remaining legacy subscriptions will be transitioned to the most suitable new plan based on recent usage levels.

No More Overage Fees: If your subscription exceeds its session limit for two consecutive billing periods, we will automatically move you to the appropriate plan. There are no per-session overage fees and exceeding limits will not interrupt service.

Resellers, Enterprise, and Multi-domain Managers: If you manage multiple domains or operate under a custom setup, we recommend reviewing your portfolio ahead of the transition. Our team is available to assist. Contact billing@cookiehub.com to discuss the best migration path for your account.

Existing Discounts: All current discounts will continue to apply under the new pricing structure. This includes reseller, non-profit, affiliate, volume, and other existing discounts. The 2026 pricing update changes the subscription tiers and session limits, but it does not remove or reset existing discounts.

** Page scan limit only indicates the maximum number of pages that the CookieHub crawler will scan. If your web site contains more pages than the limit, the scanner will stop once it reaches the limit. Most or all cookies will be detected before the page limit is reached.
